articles crediting I Yu for these projects are incorrect.

False claims to be corrected
下列不實資訊需要更正

• CLAIM: I Yu was promoted to Senior Architect during his time at HOK sport architecture
CORRECTION: I Yu was employed in the position of Architectural Assistant at HOK sport
architecture during his time at the firm between 2002 and 2007. At no point was he a Lead
Designer or leading a design team.

• 謊稱：遊邑被HOK 體育建築公司提拔為資深建築師（資深設計師）
更正：遊邑在2002 年至2007 年間被公司雇傭，他的職位是建築師助理，游邑從來沒
有擔任過主導設計師，也從未帶領過任何設計團隊。

• CLAIM: I Yu was the Lead Designer/Architect of the London 2012 Olympic bid, London
Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Park masterplan (Stratford Urban Regeneration).
CORRECTION: I Yu was an Architectural Assistant within a large team working on these
projects at HOK sport architecture. Populous (formerly HOK sport architecture) should be
credited as responsible for these projects.

不寒而慄!!!!!

因為大部分的人期待一位明星建築師，又竭力攀附權貴，成了放大謊言的幫兇。其實倫敦碗是哪些團隊主導與完成豪無爭議，文建會也邀過Rod Sheard來台演講...

的確有這個現象，但關鍵可能是，
當事人有沒有刻意讓報導扭曲事實。
而報導扭曲事實的時候，當事人有沒有表達「阻止」或「要求更正」的意圖與動作。
報導和事實不符時，當事人心裡應該很清楚有沒有和事實一致。
如果後來公司發表的聲明文字太強硬而有損當事人名譽，個人也建議當事人說明，不然的話，當事人就太委屈了。
不知道有沒有人認識或熟識當事人，能將訊息傳遞。

大：除了杜拜一級方程式賽車主場館之外，您最為人稱道的莫過於2012倫敦奧運場館設計案，可以聊聊當時是如何爭取到主導建築設計師的位置呢？

游：我不是會說話的人，但我是會做事的人，在倫敦奧運這個案子之前，我幫HOK建築事務所拿下懸宕8年未定、幫英國王儲查爾斯王子設計的「英國皇室板球場(The Oval Cricket Stadium)」這個案子，也讓公司高層對我另眼看待，進而指派我主導奧運設計案。倫敦奧運這案子從03年開始，當時還有好幾間國際知名的建築事務所，同時也在競爭這個重大競案，當時接到了公司指派，我就全神貫注在上面，從草圖、細部設計、提案、取得設計合約、與各國競爭贏得奧運主辦權，我前後花了4年時間在倫敦這個案子上，還記得最終拿下案子的那刻，我還流下了喜悅的眼淚。(笑)

之前台灣設計界也發生過類似的爭議，當時也引起一些爭議與討論。

設計者出來創業展示自己的實務經驗是可以理解的，但是老東家也不希望被當成"訓練中心"。
一來是因為員工跳出去之後就從雇庸變成競爭對手，
二來每個人都不希望自己建立的資源被敵手拿來利用。

小弟的看法是出來創業的人可以強調某方面的工程經驗，
但標的性的東西牽涉到著作權及聲譽等敏感問題，還是謹慎為之。
吃果子要拜樹頭，縱使真的全是你做的，舊的東西就當送給老東家感念其栽培，也就相安無事。

雖然游邑事件的真相不見得有機會釐清。
但人的創意無限，應該相信自己能夠創造出更好的東西。
如果他有實力，有一天還是會找到他的舞台的。
