A public announcement is to be made shortly regarding re-procurement of the Kaohsiung Maritime Cultural & Popular Music Center international competition.公告是在短期內重新採購高雄海洋文化及流行音樂中心的國際競爭。

The procurement was announced on March 9th, 2010 together with the names of the ten jurors for the competition jury.公佈的採購是2010年3月9日連同姓名的10個陪審員的競爭陪審團。 They included three city government officials, two Taiwanese jurors and five international jurors.其中包括三個城市的政府官員，兩名台灣陪審員和5個國際陪審員。

An information seminar on the competition was held by the Kaohsiung City Government (KCG) on April 21st, 2010 at Red House, Taipei.一個信息研討會上舉行比賽，由高雄市政府（市府）於 2010年4月21日在紅樓，台北。 At the time, representatives from the popular music industry strongly recommended the inclusion of more jurors who are popular music professionals or have relevant background.當時，代表了流行音樂業界強烈建議列入更多的陪審員誰是流行音樂的專業人士或有相關背景。 In response, The KCG announced the addition of five jurors on June 2nd, 2010 and increased the number of jurors from ten to fifteen.作為回應，市府宣布除了5陪審員 6月2日，2010年和陪審員人數增加了從 10到15。

Since it was impossible to issue a tender revision notice in time for the stage one material submission deadline of June 7th, the host of the tender opening ceremony, in accordance Article 48.1.1 of the Government Procurement Act, declared on June 8th that the tender proposals would not be opened.由於這是不可能發出招標通知的時間調整為第一階段的材料提交截止日期為 6月7日，主機的開標儀式，根據第48.1.1政府採購法，宣布在6月8日，招標建議將不會打開。
