請教各位前輩 跑照 這門學問

小女我剛進入建設公司不到半年,職稱為工務助理,工作內容主要是工地請款發包,最近公司有新案子正要開始,我聽到需要要跑照這工作,公司本來有請跑照顧問公司幫忙處理,不知道為什麼最後變成我要去跑照,我是大概懂一點點,就是使照建照申請等等,要備齊相關資料送政府機關去審核,而我不是專業人士,跑照方面還有些什麼須要注意的地方呢?跪求各位前輩們指點
